Rhupan Ointment

Application : Before going to bed apply the ointment (approx-2gm) around the neck, forehead, both sides of nose

above the eyebrows, middle of ears and around ears, chest, scapula & ribs area, palm & foot. After applying the ointment gentle massage can be given for 10 minutes with thumb or finger tips (clockwise & anticlockwise method) and leave it. In winter (cold) season while travelling in open air apply the ointment in the middle ear will prevent

affecting from cough & cold

Steam Inhalation Method : Sufficient quantity (2m) of this ointment added to 500ml boiling water and inhale the steam through nose & exhale through mouth after inhale the steam through mouth & exhale through nose, then repeat duration period for 10 minutes. After that keep the head side wise and allow the steam to enter the ear canal. This should be repeated for both the ears atleast a minimum of 1 minute. For best result cover head & steam vessels. Steam Inhalation used once in a day
Note: If steamer machine is not available proper heat source can be used to maintain the boiling condition like electric stove or induction stove.

Indication : Sneezing, Trembling Headache, Sinusitis, Nasal and Throat Polyps, Swelling in the root of the ears due to Drowsiness, Respiratory problems (Kapharoga) Connected with pain, Swelling. Heaviness in Head, Nose, above the Eyebrows, Palate, Eyes, Temple & Ears. Throat & Glands, Ribs, Cough, Bronchitis, It also cures Body Pain and Knee Pain
